  • Understand that, in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order records may be used as supporting documentation

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in original condition, including original packaging
  • Only normal inspection and handling may have occurred
  • Return shipping and any associated handling costs are the responsibility of the customer

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alterations not caused by us.


Alternative Resolutions (Important)

Before initiating a return, we may offer alternative solutions such as:

  • Partial refunds
  • Store credit
  • Discounted replacements

These options are provided to help customers avoid return shipping costs and delays.
By placing an order, you agree that such solutions may be offered as part of the resolution process.

Customers remain free to choose their preferred resolution.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if damaged/incorrect item)
    • Full name and shipping address
  3. Wait for approval before returning

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.


Return Shipping Responsibility

All approved returns must be sent to our designated international fulfillment center.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Costs may vary depending on location and carrier
  • We recommend confirming shipping fees before returning

We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery.

After review, we may:

  • Offer a replacement
  • Offer a full or partial refund
  • Waive the return requirement

Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

If your package is lost:

  • We will assist with investigation and resolution

If a package is:

  • Refused
  • Unclaimed
  • Returned due to incorrect address

A $35 CAD fee will be deducted from the refund.


Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • If in transit, return must be requested after delivery
  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after ordering

Before Delivery

Refunds and returns can only be processed after delivery.

If your order is still in transit, please wait until delivery before submitting a request.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We kindly ask customers to contact us first before initiating a dispute.

We reserve the right to submit:

  • Order details
  • Tracking information
  • Communication records

Unnecessary chargebacks may affect future purchasing eligibility.
